HolaBot Overview
HolaBot is PUDU’s high-capacity delivery and collection robot designed specifically to boost efficiency in high-turnover environments like restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and other service facilities. With its generous carrying capacity, modular trays, intelligent interaction features, and waterproof cabin design, HolaBot reduces manual effort, minimizes contact points, and streamlines service workflows.
From delivering meals or medical supplies to collecting used dishes or equipment, HolaBot adapts to multiple service modes. It elevates safety, hygiene, and throughput in busy indoor settings—delivering value in both operational savings and user experience.
Features & Benefits
Ultra-Large Carrying Capacity
Supports up to 60 kg load with a total volume of 120 L across 4 large trays, and HolaBot significantly increases batch size per delivery or collection cycle.
Adjustable & Modular Tray System
Trays are detachable and support multiple height levels (five adjustable levels), with Pudu HolaBot allowing flexible loading configurations for different items (plates, packages, supplies etc.).
Pager & Notification Functionality
Staff can call or assign tasks to HolaBot via pager devices (optional), enabling responsive tasking without manual walkovers.
Voice Recognition & Sound Tracking
With a 6-array omnidirectional microphone system, Pudu HolaBot can detect voice commands (“Hola Hola”) and locate sound sources in real-time, turning toward them for better responsiveness.
IPX5 Waterproof Inner Cabin
The inner cabin of HolaBot is designed to resist splashes and maintain cleanliness even in environments with frequent spills or wet operations, making it easier to clean and maintain.
Contactless Controls & “Air Motion” Interfaces
Supports gesture or voice control / touch-less interactions, and Pudu HolaBot helps reduce physical contact points while improving hygiene in sensitive environments.
