FlashBot Max Overview
FlashBot Max is designed for intelligent delivery in multi-floor buildings, combining indoor and semi-outdoor capability to handle tasks from room service to parcel delivery. It is built to seamlessly travel through hotel corridors, garden pathways, poolside areas, and fitness zones—all while taking elevators, accessing turnstiles, and integrating with IoT building systems. Ideal for hotels, corporate campuses, serviced apartments, and mixed-use buildings, FlashBot Max delivers reliability, security, and efficiency, enabling contactless, so-called “smart delivery” experiences that reduce staff effort, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational throughput.

VSLAM+ + LiDAR Navigation for Semi-Outdoor & Indoor Areas
Robust mapping and localisation (VSLAM combined with LiDAR SLAM) that let FlashBot Max move confidently in garden corridors, semi-outdoor walkways, and indoor hallways.
Automatic Elevator & Building IoT Integration
Supports both hardware and cloud-based solutions, allowing the FlashBot Max to automate elevator usage, turnstile or gate access, and integration with terminal devices and building systems for smooth deliveries.
Modular Adjustable Compartments & Access Control
Compartments are adjustable (2-4 per robot) to suit different payloads, and the FlashBot Max enables access verification via password, phone number, or NFC to ensure secure item management. Ventilation system in compartments helps manage odors.
Flexible Obstacle Avoidance & Suspension
Equipped with multiple RGBD cameras + custom LiDAR, the FlashBot Max also features a 6-wheel independent suspension (auto-level) to handle overhanging or low obstacles, slight unevenness, and maintain smooth navigation. Minimum width clearance ~70 cm.
Long Run Time & Auto Charging
Up to ~9 hours of continuous operation is supported, and the FlashBot Max automatically returns to a charging station when the battery is low. Charging takes ~4 hours.
Security & Hygiene Features
UV sterilization option for compartments is available, and the FlashBot Max utilizes a compartment ventilation system to reduce odors and bacterial buildup, while secure delivery via access verification ensures only intended recipients get items.
Multi-Robot Scheduling & Remote Monitoring
PUDU’s management platform (Pudu Link / PUDU Cloud) supports scheduling for multiple FlashBot Max units, real-time robot status monitoring, and map replication for multiple floors to speed deployment and maintenance.
